Returns & Exchanges

WE EXTEND RETURNS UNTIL JANUARY 20
We accept exchanges or returns if upon receiving your order you are not satisfied with it or want to exchange the product for a different one.
Changes:
* THE FIRST CHANGE IN SPAIN (PENINSULA) IS FREE
To change a product you must follow the following steps:
- Request the change by email to info@candyflossjoyas.com within a period of no more than 48 hours from receipt of the product.
- The product must be sent to Candyfloss within a maximum period of 15 business days . The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Under no circumstances will the money be returned nor will the difference be exchanged if the new product is of a lower value and the corresponding amount must be paid if the product for which the exchange is made is of a higher amount.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer (Except for the first exchange, which will be free. Valid for Spain, Peninsula) and must be made through certified mail, preserving proof of shipping, in order to guarantee the integrity of the product, since that Candyfloss will not be responsible for the exchange until the item reaches us again.
- Products can be changed as long as they are within the warranty period. The warranty is 3 months from the date of delivery of the order. Once this time has passed, no changes or returns can be made.
- Exchanges are allowed due to an incorrect order received, due to a lack or fall of the zirconia stones or due to a failure in the closure of the earring as long as they are under warranty.
Returns:
- Request return by email to info@candyflossjoyas.com within a period of no more than 48 hours from receipt of the product.
- The return period is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
- If the order has arrived broken or defective, the deadline to request a return cannot be more than 2 days from the date of delivery of the package.
- The returned product must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, write us an email to info@candyflossjoyas.com indicating your order number or full name.
Our team will contact you and we will respond as soon as possible.
The product must be sent in its original packaging and it is the customer's direct responsibility that the item is delivered perfectly packaged and in perfect condition.
Refunds:
Once our team has processed the return, the refund will be effective in the next business days and in the same payment method that the customer chose when placing the order.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- In no case will refunds be made for shipping costs already paid. Only the full amount of the product will be returned.
- Exchanges or returns are not allowed on purchases made outside the European Union.
- Candyfloss reserves the right to refuse returns of used items or items in poor condition and without original packaging.
- If the reason for the return is due to a fault in the product, Candyfloss will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs.
