TAXES AND FEES
All orders outside the EU and the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar may be subject to additional fees and customs taxes. These rates are calculated by the customs authorities. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot establish how much they will cost as each customs policy and fees vary by location.
A good idea is to contact your local customs office to check updated rates before placing your order, to avoid unexpected costs.
At Candyfloss we do our best to include the necessary documentation and any other requirements from local authorities for delivery to destination. For this reason, we may need some personal information (ID number, passport or driving license) for international documentation.

Important note:
- During periods of promotions, discounts... free shipping will not be active.
- All orders will be sent in the corresponding order of entry and according to the type of shipping chosen. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day. In the case of orders placed on Fridays or holidays, shipping will always begin processing on subsequent business days.
INCIDENTS IN DELIVERY TIME
Regarding delivery times, Candyfloss is not responsible in case of: absence at home, incorrect addresses, restricted access to the delivery area, lack of time for delivery due to force majeure or local holidays...
Shipments are not made on holidays or weekends.
During holidays such as Christmas, sales, Valentine's Day... Orders may take a little longer than usual.
In the event that any incident could occur in transportation, the maximum delivery time could be extended to 35 working days for the European Union and International and 20 working days for shipments to the Peninsula. In this case, if the orders do not comply with the established deadline, due to an incident that occurred with the transport courier, Candyfloss Joyas is not responsible, since it will be an error external to us.
In the event that an order has been returned by the transport agency, the product will be returned or exchanged, as agreed with the customer. Shipping costs generated will always be borne by the customer.
